Kart racing or karting is a variant of open-wheel motor sport with simple, small four-wheeled vehicles called karts or go-karts.
Karting was initially seen like a hobby, but it is now become an essential experience for young pilots willing to start a career in this field. Some of the most important Formula One pilots (Michael Schumacher, Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Kimi Räikkönen, Giancarlo Fisichella, Jarno Trulli, Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button,...) were famous international kart drivers and they still continue to practice this particular motoring category.
The International Karting Circuit La Conca, located just 2 kms far from our Hotel, holds important regional, national and international races. Moreover, thanks to our mild weather, many teams choose the circuit La Conca to make their test races, even during the winter.
